Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, and data-driven process improvement. This role bridges strategy, analytics, and compliance to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams in aerospace and defense programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze complex data using Excel, Power BI, Tableau , or similar tools.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
- Support compliance with industry regulations and supply chain requirements.
- Lead process standardization and drive cross-departmental alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
- Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, and data analytics .
- Strong communication and presentation skills .
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, Microsoft Office/Project) preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects .
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and process standardization.
