Dynamics Field Service Architect
As a Dynamics Field Service Architect at Pierce Technology Corp, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative service solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your role will involve designing and implementing field service solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate those into scalable and effective field service architectures. You will oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with existing systems and ensure a seamless flow of information, enabling real-time insights and decision-making.
This role requires a deep understanding of field service processes and the technical acumen to customize and optimize the Dynamics platform for effective service delivery. You will also provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation cycle. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this client-facing role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within the Field Service module.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing field service solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of field service processes and best practices.
- Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 with other software systems.
- Solid technical skills in customizing and optimizing Dynamics 365 to meet client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 preferred.
