About the Role

ID Tech Solutions is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role manages the full employee life cycle- from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and employee support. You’ll be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while helping foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative culture. 

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration, policies, and employee support.
• Oversee time & attendance, PTO, and compliance in ADP.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientation.
• Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and feedback.
• Administer benefits, 401k, FMLA, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and terminations.

Schedule

• This is an in-person, full-time exempt position in our NJ office. Employees are expected to manage their schedules to fulfill role responsibilities and company needs, which may occasionally require work outside standard business hours. 

Salary

• $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience (generalist or coordinator).
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to think outside of the box.
