Customer Support Specialist
Our client, a customer service company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance and support to customers. This part-time position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
The role requires effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. As a remote position, candidates will need to be self-motivated and have a suitable workspace to engage with customers effectively. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the company's products and services, ensuring you can assist customers efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Provide product information and educate customers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
