The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Examines and evaluates patients upon referral from a physician, podiatrist, dentist, or nurse practitioner,

Plans and implements specific treatment for patient to reverse impairments, restore function and facilitate development of skills essential for adaptive and productive living,

Participates in PI program,

Provides care to all patients in accordance with patient s age and developmental status,

Participates in the internal inservice education program as a member of the inservice committee,

Manages the physical therapy clinical education program,

Section III: Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure

Comments

Bachelor s degree, master s degree, or doctorate in physical therapy from an APTA accredited school of physical therapy,

Licensed in the State of New Jersey,

Minimum of 2 years experience providing clinical education to physical therapy students,

Has obtained at least 3 CEUs in areas pertaining clinical education in physical therapy,

Must obtain certification as a clinical instructor through the APTA s Clinical Instructor Education and Credentialing Program within first year,

Successful completion of all Orientation Programs,

CPR certification
