Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic dental consulting and training services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both administrative detail and creative outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry with precision, including client records and sales data.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless client follow-ups.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital channels (social media.)
- Coordinate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms following brand guidelines.
- Support sales outreach, follow-ups, and client communication to nurture relationships.
- Confirm appointments to ensure production sold is completed.
- Track campaign performance and sales metrics, offering insights.
- Help organize schedule, production days, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain software, tracking prospects through the sales funnel.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Interest in sales and marketing with a willingness to grow.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic content tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
