HHA
Licensed Caregiver
We are seeking compassionate and licensed caregivers with CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey to join our dedicated team. As a licensed hourly caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and ensure compliance.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Assist with planning and preparing nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space for clients.
- Aid clients in mobility exercises and accompany them on walks or outings as needed.
- Keep detailed records of care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in the state of New Jersey.
- Valid license to practice as a caregiver in the state of New Jersey.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to individuals with diverse needs.
- Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
