Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Goods

We’re excited to hire an Associate Marketing Manager to join our Creative Center in Parsippany, NJ, where creativity, strategy, and innovation come together. The role is responsible for developing and communicating Air Care Fragrance Marketing information to support Marketing, Sales and Fragrance Development on designated accounts. Build, develop and hone the hard and soft skills associated with a good marketer, in preparation for the next level.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to Marketing and other functions by monitoring, synthesizing and disseminating market and consumer information in support of company objectives, projects and initiatives. Repurpose presentations, leveraging client work
- Track all new launches in a diverse assortment of categories, product and ingredient trends.
- Track all seasonal and everyday fragrance trends, benefits, performs gap analysis by brand.
- Create category reviews for internal and external teams
- Organize, design and implement marketing presentations to customers related to new product concepts.
- Work with Evaluators, R&D and Fragrance Applications to develop new product ideas.
- Support MANE affiliates.
- Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.
- Other duties and responsibilities in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- B.S. degree (Marketing preferred)
- 2+ years in sales/marketing environment
- Some travel required
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Computer skills, including PowerPoint and Photoshop (or comparable design program).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative ability.
- Oral communication skills.
- Daily functions require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
