Your Role as a Relationship Manager:

As a Relationship Manager at Docufree , you’ll play a key role in nurturing long-term client relationships, driving retention, and expanding account opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—understanding each client’s business needs, delivering exceptional service, and aligning Docufree’s solutions to help them achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

  • Develop deep understanding of each client’s business goals and operational challenges.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships.

🔹 Account Strategy & Growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored document management solutions.

  • Support renewals, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.

  • Drive revenue growth through relationship expansion and value-added recommendations.

🔹 Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations.

  • Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and process efficiency.

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned

  • Participate in client reviews, special projects, and company initiatives that support continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed:

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong business acumen with a client-focused mindset

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role

  • Experience in document management, SaaS, or B2B service environments preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client partnerships

Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
