Account Manager (Entry Level)

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate who is passionate about computer networking technology, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and build strong relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, sales strategy, and customer engagement while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies in networking, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer accounts and supporting sales activities.
- Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotes and reports.
- Help track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Participate in sales calls, training sessions, and customer visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and engineering.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and to meet sales objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in computer networking technology, customer service, and sales.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desired Knowledge & Interests
While not required, familiarity or interest in the following areas is a plus:
- Basic networking concepts and the OSI model
- Routing and switching fundamentals
- Cybersecurity principles and practices
- AI/ML training concepts and applications
- Data center infrastructure and large language model (LLM) training environments
