Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Consultant with strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules , including Compensation and Payroll . The consultant will play a key role in solution delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations , working across the full implementation lifecycle from planning through go-live.

This role requires a hands-on implementation consultant who can work directly with business stakeholders, configure solutions, and support deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations

• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including:

  • Core HCM

  • Compensation

  • Payroll

• Provide functional consulting and advisory support to business stakeholders

• Support solution delivery activities across implementation phases

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams during deployment

• Assist with UAT, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization

Required Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation experience
