Position Summary
EarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and building positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients to resolve billing issues.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the collections process for assigned accounts.

· Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on past-due invoices.

· Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary.

· Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.

· Update customer records and track communications in the CRM/ERP system.

· Generate and analyze aging reports to monitor account status.

· Escalate high-risk accounts to management when needed.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control (B2B experience preferred).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Experience with accounting or ERP software

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

· High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
