This role will support the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment's Missile Solutions Sector. Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Reports to Supervisor or higher. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience. + Must be able to obtain Secret Level Security Clearence (Post Start) Preferred Additional Skills: + Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products. + Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. + Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles. + Hands-on-experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management. + Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software. + Knowledge of, or experience with, government-related document submissions (examples, WAWFDD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions).
