  The Junior Technical Analyst acts as a software developer supporting the maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancement of the systems. They work under the direction of the Project Manager and Senior Technical Analysts.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/u><\/b><\/span>

  • Provide software development expertise for requirements definition and design. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Develop new or enhanced software components. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Provide on\-call technical support to the clients staff (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday). <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Monitor Client’s bug\-tracking system daily to address verified bugs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: <\/u>
    <\/b><\/span><\/span>
    
    <\/div>
    
    

    
    
    • At least six months to one year of experience in each of the following areas: <\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      <\/ul>
      
      
      
      
      
      • Supporting environmental IT projects in the public sector. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Client\/server or web applications. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Sybase PowerBuilder and PowerDesigner OR Java\/jTAP\/AJAX. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Oracle Databases (developing PL\/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers). <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Atlassian’s JIRA Project Management Software. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
