A&M Industrial is a 70-year-old, family-owned leading local industrial distribution company looking for career-oriented individuals to fill critical positions their warehouse logistics staff. The growth of the company has created full time opportunities in their distribution center in Cranbury, NJ. New employees receive training and opportunities to grow as the company grows.

• Receives goods and verifies the quality and count of all items offloaded from LTL, UPS and Fed Ex deliveries.
• Checks deliveries against supplier's count, Bill of Lading and packing slip and inspects for any damage
• Open boxes and break down skids to verify that material matches supplier paperwork
• Using RF system, receives in material, stages and put away within warehouse
• Notifies Customer Service of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions per company policy
• Wrap Skids (Manual and using Stretch Wrap Machine)
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Performs other warehouse duties.

• Must be Safety Conscious
• Previous Warehouse Experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess experience or certification in handling forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment
• Team Player and Self-Motivated
• Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills
• Posses
  s good Hand-Eye Coordination.
• Ability to use ladders safely and effectively.
• Able to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time.
• Proficient in computers
• Fluent in English
• Experience with RF a plus
• Attendance and Punctuality a must
• Available to work overtime, if required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock
