Business Development Account Manager

Merchant Flow Financial Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to join our growing team as a Business Development Account Manager with a focus on growing the business while expanding the reach of our offerings. Our ideal candidate thrives in a self- motivated, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

● Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients

● Identifies and locates new clients through various methods, including networking and cold calls.

● Answers inquiries from clients concerning product offerings.

● Actively utilize the internal sales system for tracking sales to validate and record sales calls and quotes

● Act as liaison with real estate offices, builders, CPAs, and HR departments — establishing key relationships and connecting our loan officers to these direct referral sources.

Skills and Requirements

● Financial Services industry business experience preferred

● 2 years of sales related experience with direct sales and negotiation skills, with a track record for hitting and exceeding quota

● Experience in preparing and presenting to diverse audiences.

● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
