Junior Entry Writer
Responsibilities
- Daily tracking and tracing of customer shipments both online and over the phone
- Compiling and maintaining cargo-control papers, customs invoices and certificates of origin
- Learn and utilizing customs brokerage software for customs entry filing and document generation
- Working in conjunction with other staff to complete required transportation service
- Once trained, generate and file import data to Customs and Border protection
- Respond to customer inquiries

- Ability to keep a workstation organized and clutter-free

- Neat and legible handwriting
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
