Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven operator with a proven track record of running an ABA organization and successfully scaling it to the next level .

The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead the organization through its next stage of growth. You will play a central role in shaping the company’s future, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Scale infrastructure, systems, and processes to support rapid expansion.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, and ABA industry regulations.

• Partner closely with the executive team to define long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Proven track record of running an ABA company and successfully scaling operations .

• Extensive leadership experience within ABA operations or related behavioral health services.

• Strong execution skills with a focus on accountability and results.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth and operational performance.

• Executive presence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
