Hot Tub & Pool Service Technician (2+ Years Exp. Required)

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair spa/swim spa equipment and systems (heaters, pumps, controls, plumbing, jets, lights, ozone, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues related to spa equipment
• Install cover lifters , accessories, and Wi-Fi-enabled controllers
• Perform seasonal service, including spa openings/winterizations
• Conduct routine maintenance and water testing as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service in the field
• Keep detailed service records and communicate with service coordinators

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a hot tub, pool, or HVAC/plumbing technician
• Strong knowledge of spa mechanical systems and components
• Electrical and/or plumbing background is a major plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

• Experience with vinyl pools , above-ground pools, or fireplaces
• Knowledge of brands like Jacuzzi, Bullfrog, Cal Spas, or Sundance
• HVAC experience
