What You'll Do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for operations including team coordinators, intake, and scheduling teams.
• Ensure patients and families experience a seamless, compassionate start to hospice care.
• Partner with finance on budgets and staffing models to keep care efficient and sustainable.
• Represent our hospice in the community, building trust with referral sources, participating in service reviews, and managing recovery efforts.
• Work closely with clinical leadership and business development to keep care and operations aligned.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (state-specific).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience ( hospice or home health strongly preferred ).
• Skilled in managing multiple teams and improving operational processes.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Demonstrated success in business development and community relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a heart for service and patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation: $100,000-$125,000 annually (base + performance-based bonus), depending on experience and organizational needs.
