About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a critical initiative. This is an urgent contract opportunity ideal for candidates with strong ServiceNow expertise and a solid background in business and functional analysis. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Support Agile/Scrum processes across the software development lifecycle • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs • Contribute documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and related materials • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Required

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ITIL practices Preferred Qualifications • Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications • Experience working in higher education environments • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
