We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our operational performance across multiple locations. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of company objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong business acumen, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple facilities and operational teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers to build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, production, and customer service to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with multi-site management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven success in improving operational performance and leading change.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and performance analysis.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
