Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Human Resources Location: Newark

Duration 12+ months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Hybrid Work: Eligible after training (2 days per week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to support the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and is committed to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of employee and position data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update employee and position data into various HR systems and databases

• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness; make corrections as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information

• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

• Assist with data management tasks and generate reports as requested

• Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to ensure compliance

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues

• Respond to general inquiry tickets via the ServiceNow platform

• Track and document frequently asked questions (FAQs) received through inquiries

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in HR or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work at either designated Newark location as needed

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
