Experience managing a budget and organizing fundraisers to ensure the program and athletes have the ability to be successful Additional Coaching Responsibilities Formation for teams, organizing practices and clear communication about expectations with players and coaches. Tracking academic progress of student athletes. Monitoring summer training and off season work-outs Continue to improve through professional development. Collaborate local youth programs Hiring and developing assistant coaches Salary will be determined by experience and the Beaverton School District certified staff contract. Qualified applicants would have years at the varsity level and be willing to become a member of our community. All coaches will need to complete the following prior to employment.
