Position Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology CWR

Location: Neptune, NJ 07754

Shift: Nights | 3x12s

Travel Pay Range: $60 – $65/hour ($2,500 – $2,700 per week)

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology for an exciting job in Neptune, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care for oncology patients.

• Assist physicians and interdisciplinary team members with patient management.

• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage direct patient care.

• Document all care activities accurately, considering patient acuity and clinical priorities.

• Advocate for best practices and support quality improvement initiatives.

• Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care.

Qualifications:

Required:

• ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing)

• Active New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact license

• BLS certification (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute inpatient oncology experience with a focus on leukemia and lymphoma

Preferred:

• BSN

• Telemetry certification

• Chemotherapy certification (ONS)
