Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN
Southgate at Autumn Lake
Carneys Point, NJ
$55-60/hour
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services within our skilled nursing rehabilitation department.
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and families regarding resident care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Direct Hire. No Agency.
