Calm Water and Bath is hiring a full-time Construction Procurement Specialist .

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

• Schedule: You will work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm . This job is in our office and warehouse, not remote.

• Coverage Area: South Jersey

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:

As a Construction Procurement Specialist, you will help hire and train installation crews, make sure they have the right tools and materials, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. You will order supplies, work with vendors, and make sure we have what we need for each job. You will schedule jobs, talk with homeowners, and help keep everyone updated. You will handle payments, close out finished jobs, and keep track of costs so everything is clear and correct. Your work will help make sure jobs are finished on time, customers are happy, and the business runs well.

CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST MUST-HAVES:

• Experience in construction, home improvement, or production operations
• Strong skills in scheduling, purchasing, or logistics
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines
• Experience working with installers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Proficient with CRM, spreadsheets, and operational systems
• Ownership and accountability
• Attention to detail, calm problem-solving skills, and clear communication skills
• Integrity with people and finances
