Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

About the Learning Solutions Team

Our Learning Solutions team is a group of innovative professionals who design and develop training materials for the pharma and biotech industry. We collaborate closely with clients to create engaging deliverables like virtual and live meeting workshops, eModules, videos, podcasts, and other resources such as job aids. Our primary audience includes pharma field teams—such as sales reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and managers—though we also develop training for other roles within the industry like marketers and clinical investigators.

This Opportunity

The Learning Solutions team is a group of global learning and development professionals responsible for creating training materials for our pharma and biotech clients. Our commercial writers and learning strategists are responsible for creating a wide variety of deliverables including MS PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, eModule transcripts, video and podcast transcripts and copy for various training job aids. Our primary learning audience are pharma field teams (e.g., sales reps, MSLs, managers.) However, we also create training for various other personnel (e.g., marketers, clinical investigators, clinicians) within the pharma and biotech industries. We are seeking a summer intern who has an interest in learning and development and the life sciences, to join us and provide support to the Learning Strategy team. You will be a member of a positive, results-orientated work environment while building partnerships through teamwork and communicating in an open, balanced, and objective manner. Candidates should enjoy problem solving, creating innovative solutions and be a fast learner.

What You’ll Do

• Work under the direct supervision of a Learning Strategist on assigned projects and conduct the following potential tasks:

  • Listen to client needs discussions

  • Discuss and review recommended learning solutions

  • Create PPT slides to communicate our recommendations

  • Participate in internal and client kickoff meetings

  • Create strawmen or outlines for proposed deliverables

• Create draft deliverables (e.g. workshop presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides, eModule transcripts, job aids, etc.)

• Participate in internal and client project update meetings

• Gather, compile, and report daily workload summary to the department

Your Skills & Expertise

Candidates should currently be in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Journalism, Creative Writing, or other applicable discipline with transferrable skills.

• A demonstrated interest in the life sciences is helpful if your degree program is outside of the sciences (e.g. participation in science clubs), however a love of learning, writing and problem solving is the most important requirement.

• Current knowledge or understanding of pharmaceutical industry is helpful, but not required

Other critical skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) and high level of MS PowerPoint skills

• Fluency and confidence using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini)

• Above-average attention to detail

• Effective and clear oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage a workload consisting of several concurrent projects or tasks

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
