Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communications Associate to support internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of written content, coordinating media activities, and supporting the broader communication goals of the organization. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about effective messaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and editing of press releases, newsletters, and company announcements

• Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure message consistency

• Monitor media coverage and compile reports for senior leadership

• Support the execution of internal communication plans

• Help maintain the organization’s tone and voice across all content

• Provide logistical support for communication-related events and campaigns

• Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Knowledge of communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, CMS, etc.)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
