Assistant Supervisor - Adult Day Program (Tuckerton)

We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support adults with developmental disabilities at our Tuckerton Adult Training Center and related community-based program locations. This position plays an important role in supporting the daily delivery of services, including vocational training, life skills development, and individualized programming designed to promote independence and community involvement.

In addition to direct participant support, this role involves assisting with staff guidance, helping ensure program activities align with individualized service plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the implementation of employment and skills-based initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside participants, families, community partners, and funding or regulatory agencies.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $25.50/hour, paid bi-weekly, with overtime availability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related discipline
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing services to adults with developmental disabilities in a direct support or program-based setting
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing (no more than 5 points)
• Proven ability to support supervision, coordinate daily operations, and assist in managing program activities
• Must meet all hiring requirements, including pre-employment screening and ongoing compliance with drug testing policies
