Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to work primarily in our Georgetown and Millville clinics. The successful candidate will join our team and play a pivotal role in guiding individuals toward restored health and vitality. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you'll have the opportunity to provide direct and personalized care, helping patients regain normal body function following illness, surgery, or injury. With a focus on excellence, you'll evaluate patients, craft tailored treatment plans and lead our clinical team to deliver top-notch care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a supportive and compassionate care experience.

• Lead our clinical team with confidence, coordinating care and promoting collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage in community education initiatives to raise awareness and promote wellness in partnership with hospital education programs.

• Deliver efficient and effective patient care in a 1:1 setting, utilizing your expertise to guide individuals toward recovery.

• Ensure accurate billing and thorough documentation practices, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement; master's degree or doctorate preferred.

Competencies Skills:

Essential:

• Demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.

 

Credentials:

• Essential credentials include OT (Occupational Therapist) certification and BLS (Basic Life Saving certification).

Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in related field is essential for education.
