Chief Operating Officer | NJ, Newton
Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our operational functions and ensure that we deliver the highest quality hospice and palliative care to those facing life-limiting illnesses. As part of our senior executive team, the COO will work closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors to craft strategic plans and policies that uphold our commitment to compassionate care, while also ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day administrative and operational functions, leading our healthcare professionals, and aligning our operational goals with our foundational mission of support and care.
