Primary Care Clinic.
Ages 5 and up.

M - 8:00a - 5:00p
T - 7:30a - 4:00p
W - 10:00a - 7:00p
TH - 8:00a - 4:30p
F - 8:00a - 12:00p
S - 8:00a-12:00p - 2nd Saturday of every month
Clean NJ license
2 years of FNP work experience.
DEA
Malpractice and Accommodations provided. Mileage reimbursed.
