Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Driver to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, NJ. This is more than just a driving position. You will play a key role in supporting major commercial plumbing and HVAC projects throughout New Jersey, New York City, and Westchester County.

As a Driver, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered safely and on time to our job sites. What You'll Do

• Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles, including box trucks and straight trucks
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and designated locations
• Load, unload, pick, pack, sort, and transport materials
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and follow all company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records
• Work closely with warehouse staff, field personnel, and management to support daily operations
• Represent Haddad Plumbing & Heating professionally when interacting with employees, vendors, and customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record with no points or accidents
• Experience operating non-CDL trucks, box trucks, or straight trucks
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-Time Position

• Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturdays as needed
