Live Chat Agent
Job Description:
The Live Chat Agent at QP Group plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their overall experience with the company.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and finding product information.
- Collect and document customer feedback to improve services and products.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working in a procurement or supply chain industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of different languages would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
