Job Title: Assembler
Location: Pine Brook, New Jersey

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $24/Hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 3p-11p, M-F

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small components following work instructions and drawings

  • Perform detailed, hands-on assembly work requiring steady hands and focus

  • Use basic tools and measurement devices to ensure quality standards are met

  • Inspect completed assemblies and document results

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

  • Patience and focus for repetitive, precision-based assembly work

  • Manual dexterity and good hand–eye coordination

  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks or priorities

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry

  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
