Location: Summit, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (rotating schedule), full-time hours

Smythe Volvo is currently hiring a dependable and professional Valet / Porter to join our service team. As a key front-line representative of the dealership, this individual will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all service customers and supporting daily service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers and safely move their vehicles to and from the service drive
• Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and with care
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lane and customer lounge areas
• Assist with dealership vehicle organization and lot inventory
• Wash and prepare vehicles as needed for customer delivery
• Support the service and sales departments with ad hoc tasks when necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, reflecting Smythe Volvo’s brand values

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions (preferred)
• Prior dealership or customer-facing experience a plus, but not required
