Guided Stages Child Care (GSCC) is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator . This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations, compliance, organization, and overall success of our childcare program.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced childcare environment.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the coordination and oversight of annual state inspections and licensing requirements
• Managing and monitoring the daily lunch and food program
• Overseeing student registration, enrollment documentation, and file compliance
• Maintaining and managing the daily operations calendar, including important deadlines, meetings, events, inspections, and program activities
• Coordinating and documenting monthly fire drills and emergency preparedness procedures
• Conducting pre-screening interviews for potential employment candidates as needed
• Monitoring, ordering, organizing, and maintaining daycare and classroom supplies
• Supporting administrative operations and maintaining professional communication with staff and families
• Assisting management with daily center operations and special projects
• Ensuring compliance with GSCC policies, procedures, and childcare regulations

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience required
• Childcare or daycare experience preferred
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Schedule Requirements

• Monday through Friday
• Must have availability to work between the hours of 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
