Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Space Design Analyst to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and refining spatial environments that meet client needs and project specifications. Your expertise will drive the creation of functional, aesthetically compelling spaces through advanced design tools and project management skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence space planning and design execution from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration with construction and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive space plans using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize concepts clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to translate project requirements into detailed design solutions.
• Prepare precise drafting documents, technical drawings, and CAD models that adhere to project standards and specifications.
• Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design milestones while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist in reviewing contracts, scope of work, and construction documents to ensure alignment with design intent and regulatory compliance.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating effectively across teams.
• Contribute to the development of innovative spatial concepts that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal while considering budget constraints.

Experience

• Must have at least two years of specialized experience equivalent planning and implementing projects associated with space management, office planning, and interior design (FFE) for an organization or agency; reviewing and reconciling space management program policies, standards, and expenses; and responding to inquiries from internal and external customers on matters involving space program management policies and procedures.
