VP Security Strategy - Cybersecurity Leadership

Role Overview:
The VP Security Strategy defines long‑term cybersecurity strategy aligned with business growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop enterprise cybersecurity roadmap
• Align security strategy with business objectives
• Lead cyber risk assessments
• Provide board‑level cybersecurity reporting
• Coordinate enterprise security initiatives
Requirements
Required Experience:
• 12+ years cybersecurity leadership experience
• Experience in fintech, SaaS or technology sectors
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Engineering
Certifications Preferred:
CISSP, CISM
Benefits
Compensation Guidance (US):
$230,000 – $340,000 base salary + bonus + equity
