EUC Engineer
Job Description:
Overview:
The EUC Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s end-user computing environment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of desktop and virtual workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Windows desktop and laptop environments
- Administer and maintain VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, etc.)
- Perform software packaging, deployment, and patch management
- Troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware-related issues
- Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tools
- Automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for continuous improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Windows OS and desktop engineering
- Hands-on expertise in VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint tools
- Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
