Business Development Representative
Total Compensation Range: $60K-$80K
Here’s a chance to kickstart your sales career as a member of a fun, ambitious, and successful team! As a part of Gotham’s Sales Development team, you will learn everything you need to know about sales and have the opportunity to work with some of the most experienced reps in the tech space.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will prospect, qualify and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business. This is a pivotal role within our sales organization as you would be one of the first touch points for prospects, setting the tone for the sales cycle and future customer relationships.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Meet daily cold calling quotas and lead generation goals.
Work closely with account managers to follow up on leads and coordinate meetings.
Work onsite in our Montvale, NJ office a minimum of four days a week.
Meet frequently with manufacturer partners – including limited travel to NYC.
Boost prospect attendance at Gotham marketing events.
Use calls, emails and social media platforms to connect and engage with prospects.
Lead generation programs, content and events provided by the marketing team.
Qualifications
Strong desire to develop a sales career.
Strong phone presence and ability to maintain high-volume daily calls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Manage time effectively and stay organized.
Leverage social media platform skills to generate leads.
Microsoft Office Skills.
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless AI, Salesforce or MSFT Dynamics, a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, a plus.
