Sales Associate
Sales & Client Relations Assistant – Martinsville Banquet Hall Location: Martinsville / Bridgewater, NJ Position: Part-time or Full-time Industry: Hospitality, Events, Banquets, Weddings Martinsville Gardens Banquet Hall is a scenic, high-end wedding and events venue set on nearly nine acres in the Watchung Mountains. We host one event at a time and specialize in elegant weddings, social events, and corporate gatherings. We are currently looking for an energetic, well-spoken Sales & Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, presentable, organized, and enjoys interacting with people.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist prospective clients
- Conduct private venue tours for weddings, parties, and corporate events • Handle incoming inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships • Assist with sales conversations and booking support
- Write professional emails and proposals • Help manage inquiry lists, appointments, and basic office work
- Support management with event coordination and client communication

- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients in person and on the phone
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, spreadsheets, CRM a plus)
- Interest in hospitality, events, sales, or marketing •
