Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsibilities: * Manage full-charge bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting * Process payroll, maintain accurate financial records, and utilize ERP/accounting systems to manage transactions, reports, and manufacturing-related accounting activities * Support day-to-day accounting operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory, purchasing, vendor management, and production-related financial processes * Assist with human resources functions including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and general administrative activities Required Skills & Experience: * 4-5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment * Bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, and Human Resources experience * Must be able to work 7:45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7:45am to 12pm on Friday * Experience working with ERP systems Preferred Skills & Experience: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Disclaimer:By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
