Bilingual Receptionist

C.J. Lombardo Company is hiring for the position of Bilingual Receptionist in Hackensack, New Jersey. We are a licensed real estate broker and an experienced expert at residential and commercial real estate and property management. Founded in 1936 by C. What You’ll Do:
The Bilingual Receptionist will assist the office as needed, to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and at a level that meets the company’s objective and provides quality service.

Your Job Will Include

• Greeting guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls, or other messages, to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to tenant inquiries (via phone, email, fax etc.).
• Maintain open communication with all property and regional staff.
• Organize and maintain tenant files.
• Take inventory of all office needs and restocking of office materials.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Run errands/perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills You Need

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma, or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of office or customer service experience.
• Highly refined verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
• Must enjoy helping people and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, MRI, etc.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Compensation/Benefits

Starting pay: $20.00 an hour with advancement opportunity within six months.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift.
