3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive repair
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills—European vehicle experience is a plus
Solid communication and collaboration skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
Collaborate with advisors and fellow techs to ensure seamless workflow
Maintain a clean, efficient, and safety-first workspace
