Attorney
A growing national plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a pre-litigation, Case Management Attorney to join its mass tort practice. This role focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device product liability matters and offers the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilitie
- sManage day-to-day handling of assigned mass tort case
- sConduct pre-filing investigations, including medical record review and case evaluatio
- nAnalyze statute of limitations and case viabilit
- yDraft complaints, discovery responses, and other legal document
- sOversee settlement processing and case resolution workflow
- sCommunicate regularly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counse
- lCollaborate with and supervise paralegal and support staf
