Afternoon Babysitter for 8-Year-Old
We are seeking a responsible and energetic babysitter to care for our 8-year-old in Jersey City, NJ, from June 18 to July 4, 2026. The role involves picking up our child from camp around 3:00 PM and either taking him home or to extracurricular activities. We are looking for a local college student or someone living near Columbus Circle who is available for 1-2 hours daily. The ideal candidate enjoys playing board games, doing art, jogging in the park, or helping with violin practice. An additional payment will be provided for practice assistance. This position is for 2-3 weeks during the summer, with potential for a weekly arrangement in the fall if it's a good fit. Please note that there is no requirement for driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties. Your contact information will be shared with the parent when you express interest in the position.
