Marketing Coordinator, HCP Marketing

Description

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive high-impact marketing initiatives. This remote role supports the planning, execution, and tracking of programs, including webinars, sales training, social media, email campaigns, digital communications, and event management. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on operational support to the Sr. Director of HCP Marketing, with key responsibilities in data management, performance reporting, and resource coordination across the department.

Primary Job Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support revenue-driving initiatives

· Create, revise, and manage marketing content and resources to maintain consistent messaging

· Develop and schedule social media content, support community engagement, and monitor performance

· Plan and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, list management, and automation

· Coordinate event planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars, including vendor management, shipping, booth materials, and on-site support

· Maintain database integrity and manage contact lists

· Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital channels

· Assist with print production, marketing collateral inventory, and vendor coordination

· Perform other duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

· College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· 3+ years of experience (healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry preferred)

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Excellent writing skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail

· Effective verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

· Experience with social media scheduling, analytics tools, and basic design platforms

· Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

· Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines
