What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional barbering services including men’s haircuts, fades, line-ups, beard trims, and razor & scissor work.

• Build relationships with clients—greet them, consult on style needs, offer recommendations, and ensure high satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation and common areas (barber chairs, tools, sanitation).

• Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, product knowledge, and maintain a high level of craftsmanship.

• Work collaboratively with the team to keep service flow efficient and client experience exceptional.

• Meet or exceed performance targets (client retention, services per day, add-on offers) as set by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid NJ barber license (or equivalent) in good standing preferred.

• 1+ years of proven barbering experience preferred unless in training.

• Excellent skill in clipper, taper, fade, razor, scissor work and beard grooming.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; comfortable working with a diverse clientele (men, women, children).

• Professional demeanor, punctuality, strong work ethic, and high-attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a busy environment, manage time well, and perform multitasks (cut + consult + clean).

• Passion for hair & grooming, staying current on trends, and eagerness to contribute to a team environment.
